George Blount's roots at Lake Anna stretch back generations. His family was part of the area before the lake itself existed, with family members helping build and develop the community that surrounds it today. Growing up working in his family's sawmill, George developed an early appreciation for hard work, craftsmanship, and being someone who could make a difference in his community.
Before entering vacation rental management, George built a career in landscaping, development, and residential, commercial, and marine construction. He eventually helped manage a multimillion-dollar construction company, gaining extensive experience in problem-solving, project management, property maintenance, and working directly with homeowners. He later brought that experience into vacation rentals, where he found that the work combined two things he cared deeply about: taking care of people and taking care of Lake Anna.
George eventually stepped away from vacation rental management after becoming frustrated with the direction of the industry. He returned with Casago Lake Anna because he saw an opportunity to help build the kind of local, personal operation he had always believed the area deserved. Today, he brings his knowledge of homes, maintenance, construction, and Lake Anna itself to helping homeowners, guests, and his team solve problems and succeed.
Outside of work, George is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, metal detecting, cars, and exploring the history of Lake Anna. He is especially passionate about discovering old homesites, artifacts, and pieces of local history that might otherwise disappear, preserving their stories so they can be passed on to another generation.
Guide resonates most with George. He believes his role is to help the people around him succeed, whether that means supporting a homeowner, solving a problem for a guest, or helping a teammate find the right path forward.
"I want to see everybody happy. I want to see people pleased with where they are and excited to do things."
Aaron Blount was born and raised at Lake Anna and has spent much of her life around the people who live, work, and vacation here. Her connection to hospitality began early through her mother's work at Lake Anna State Park, and she later developed an interest in real estate before finding her way into vacation rental management.
Aaron joined Sunset Properties in 2012, where working on a small local team meant learning nearly every side of the vacation rental business. After stepping away for a period to focus on raising her family, she returned to Sunset and eventually continued through its transition to Vacasa. Over the years, she developed lasting relationships with homeowners, including relationships that have followed her through multiple companies and continue today.
Her experiences have shaped a very personal approach to property management. Aaron believes homeowners and guests should never feel like numbers, and she takes the condition of the homes she manages and the experiences of the people staying in them personally. Joining Casago Lake Anna gave her the opportunity to return to the local, relationship-driven style of hospitality that made her fall in love with vacation rentals in the first place.
Outside of work, Aaron enjoys gardening, reading, photography, and spending time outdoors with her family. She especially loves capturing the small details of Lake Anna's natural beauty and history, from flowers and plants to creeks, rocks, and the places George discovers while exploring the area.
The Renter Is My Personal Guest resonates most with Aaron. She approaches every stay as though she were personally welcoming someone into her own home and believes the condition of the property and the guest's experience reflect directly on her.
"The renter is my personal guest. That will always be my point of view."
Nelia Littleton brings more than 13 years of property management experience to Casago Lake Anna. She began her career as an assistant property manager, serving in that role for eight years before advancing into a property manager position for another five years. After years of commuting to Stafford, Nelia was ready to bring her experience closer to home and found the opportunity to join the Casago Lake Anna team.
Nelia enjoys being the person homeowners and guests can depend on when something needs attention. She believes great property management is not about preventing every problem, because homes will always require care. It is about responding quickly, communicating clearly, and finding thoughtful solutions. Whether she is resolving a larger concern or tracking down the correct remote for every television, Nelia understands that the smallest details can make the biggest difference.
Outside of work, Nelia enjoys spending time with her family and finding reasons to bring everyone together. She is often the person planning birthdays, anniversaries, and family gatherings. She also loves thrifting and reselling some of her best finds online.
While every part of the Orange resonates with Nelia, Owner-Centric stands out most. She values the trust homeowners place in her and takes pride in caring for their properties as though they were her own.
"I give my best because I genuinely care, and I want the quality of my work to reflect the kind of person I am."
Angel Hough brings more than 33 years of experience in real estate and property management to Casago Lake Anna. A lifelong Lake Anna resident and licensed associate broker, she has built her career around helping people navigate homeownership, real estate, and property care with confidence.
At Casago, Angel is dedicated to helping homeowners protect their investments, stay informed, and receive the attention their properties deserve. She is known for being thorough, organized, and persistent, keeping detailed notes on every property she manages and following each request through until it is resolved. For Angel, even the smallest homeowner concern matters, and she takes pride in making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
When she's not serving Casago homeowners, Angel continues her longstanding career in real estate alongside her husband. Her active involvement in both industries gives her a unique perspective on property ownership and vacation rental management, allowing her to better support homeowners through every stage of their investment journey.
Outside of work, Angel enjoys spending time with her husband, two grown children, and her two Jack Russell terriers. She also loves gardening, working in the yard, cooking, and meeting new people.
Owner-Centric resonates most with Angel. She sees herself as a homeowner advocate and takes that responsibility seriously, making sure every request is documented, followed up on, and carried through to completion.
"I'm a homeowner advocate, and I take that very seriously."
Dana Isaac has been part of the Lake Anna real estate and vacation rental community for more than two decades. She and her husband, Greg, began their careers as real estate agents in 2003 before recognizing a growing need for another locally focused vacation rental company at Lake Anna. In 2011, they founded Sunset Properties and grew the business from zero to 54 vacation rental homes by 2018.
After selling Sunset Properties, Dana spent more than six years working within a much larger vacation rental organization. The experience gave her a broader understanding of the industry, but it also reinforced what mattered most to her: homeowners need honest guidance, homes need to be properly cared for, guests deserve a great experience, and vacation rentals should remain respectful of the communities around them. Those values ultimately brought her back to Lake Anna and to Casago.
Dana's approach to homeowners is built around education and partnership. She believes successful vacation rental ownership requires more than simply putting a home on the market. She takes the time to understand each homeowner's goals, set realistic expectations, and help them understand what their property needs to remain competitive, safe, well maintained, and capable of delivering a great guest experience.
Outside of work, Dana is happiest spending time with her family. She and Greg have two adult children and two grandchildren, and she enjoys family meals, hiking, and time together at home. While Greg may happily sleep on the ground during a camping trip, Dana prefers her adventures to include running water and indoor plumbing.
Nurture resonates most with Dana. She believes her role is not simply to sign a homeowner and move on, but to educate, support, and build a relationship with them throughout their journey in vacation rental ownership.
"It is a partnership, and if it's done correctly, it's a well-oiled machine."
Greg Isaac has spent more than two decades working in Lake Anna real estate, property management, and vacation rentals. He and his wife, Dana, began their real estate careers in 2003 and founded Sunset Properties in 2011 after recognizing the need for another locally focused vacation rental management company at the lake. Together, they grew the company from zero to 54 homes before selling the business in 2018.
Behind the scenes, Greg handled many of the operational pieces that kept Sunset Properties moving. His responsibilities ranged from finance, accounting, taxes, and regulatory compliance to property maintenance, inspections, and working directly with homeowners when problems arose. After the sale of Sunset Properties, he served as the Virginia broker for a major vacation rental company, where his knowledge of contracts, regulations, and industry standards helped keep the operation on solid ground.
Greg eventually chose to return to a more locally focused model with Casago Lake Anna. He believes vacation rental management should balance the interests of homeowners, guests, employees, neighbors, and the surrounding community. Today, he uses decades of experience to help the team make sound decisions, maintain high standards, and navigate an industry that continues to evolve.
Outside of work, Greg would usually rather be outdoors. An Eagle Scout, he has spent much of his life camping, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, and exploring the outdoors. He enjoys visiting national parks with his family and is also a serious Jeep enthusiast, having owned at least 20 of them over the years.
Guide resonates most with Greg. He enjoys using his experience to help the people around him understand the industry, make better decisions, and maintain high standards while recognizing that there is always more to learn.
"For me, it's always been about the rules and the regulations and keeping things above board."
Jamie Stringham has built her career in vacation rental management from the ground up. She began in housekeeping, first cleaning presidential suites and condos in Panama City Beach, Florida, before moving to Virginia to be closer to family. In 2020, she joined the local vacation rental operation at Lake Anna as a housekeeper and quickly began working her way through the organization.
After about a year in housekeeping, Jamie was recommended for a Property Care position, where she began working directly with homeowners and taking greater responsibility for the homes she cared for. She later advanced into Local Operations Manager, overseeing maintenance, runners, and the broader local operation. Today, Jamie serves in a leadership role at Casago Lake Anna, overseeing the Homeowner Success and Reservations teams while helping resolve more complex homeowner and guest needs.
Jamie has always been driven to grow wherever she works. Long before entering vacation rentals, she graduated high school early and became a shift supervisor at one of her first jobs. That same determination has followed her throughout her career. While each new responsibility has brought its share of nerves, Jamie believes in pushing through the uncomfortable part, learning the role, and continuing to move forward.
Outside of work, Jamie considers herself a homebody and enjoys relaxing and spending time with her family. When she does venture out, one of her favorite local activities is tubing on the Rappahannock River with her family.
Owner-Centric resonates most with Jamie. She believes strong homeowner relationships depend on transparency, communication, and making sure everyone stays on the same page. For Jamie, taking care of homeowners means being accessible, straightforward, and making sure they feel heard.
"A true leader stays grounded through the chaos, brings perfection to detail, and treats their team like family."
