1. Agreement to these terms

Casago Lake Anna is locally operated by Virginia Lakes Rentals, LLC. By using this website, submitting a form, requesting information, booking or inquiring about a stay, asking about property management, or otherwise communicating with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit information through it.

These Terms are not a guest rental agreement, homeowner management agreement, vendor agreement, or platform-specific booking agreement. Separate agreements, booking rules, house rules, cancellation policies, platform terms, and signed contracts may apply to specific reservations, homes, services, or owner relationships.

2. Our services

Casago Lake Anna provides vacation rental, hospitality, guest support, and property management-related services in and around Lake Anna, Virginia. Website content may describe available homes, local information, homeowner services, property management services, marketing services, guest support, housekeeping coordination, maintenance coordination, revenue strategy, listing support, owner reporting, and related services.

Website content is provided for general informational and marketing purposes. We try to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all content, availability, pricing, amenities, descriptions, photographs, local references, service descriptions, or third-party information will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Any property management relationship is subject to a separate written agreement. Any guest stay is subject to the applicable booking terms, house rules, payment terms, cancellation policy, security deposit or damage terms, taxes, fees, platform rules, and other disclosures provided during the booking process.

3. Calls, text messages, and email marketing

When you provide your phone number, email address, or other contact information to us, you authorize us to contact you about your inquiry, requested services, potential bookings, property management opportunities, owner acquisition, guest acquisition, promotions, updates, appointments, account matters, service reminders, and related business purposes.

If you opt in to marketing calls or text messages, you agree that Casago Lake Anna, Virginia Lakes Rentals, LLC, and service providers acting on our behalf may contact you at the phone number you provide, including by call, SMS text message, MMS message, prerecorded message, artificial voice, automated dialing technology, or similar technology, for marketing and informational purposes related to vacation rentals, property management, homeowner services, guest services, promotions, and local updates. Consent to marketing calls or texts is not required as a condition of purchasing, booking, or receiving services.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of any phone number you provide and that you are authorized to consent to communications at that number.

You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from us. For help, reply HELP or contact us at reservations@casagolka.com. You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting us. You may ask us not to place marketing calls by contacting us at (540) 406-4200 or reservations@casagolka.com.

Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent us from sending transactional, relationship, safety, account, booking, service, legal, or operational communications when permitted by law, such as messages about an active reservation, owner relationship, service request, appointment, payment, property issue, or contract.

4. Guest bookings and homeowner inquiries

Guest inquiries and bookings may be handled directly by us or through third-party booking platforms, payment processors, channel managers, listing websites, or other service providers. Those third parties may have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, cancellation rules, payment rules, and dispute processes.

Homeowner inquiries do not create a property management relationship, agency relationship, fiduciary relationship, or obligation to accept a property into management. Any management relationship must be documented in a separate written agreement signed or otherwise accepted by the parties.

You agree that information you submit in an inquiry should be accurate, current, and submitted only by someone authorized to discuss the property, reservation, account, or service request. We may decline, suspend, or terminate website access, inquiries, communications, bookings, or services where we believe information is inaccurate, unauthorized, fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or inconsistent with our policies or obligations.

5. Acceptable website use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the website, our business, our guests, homeowners, vendors, partners, systems, or other users. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest information, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, submit false or misleading information, interfere with security features, or use the website for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing activity.
